Art deco design is a kind of eclectic art started way back during 1900s. Art deco design or art deco is a term used to describe to a sleek and highly stylized designs. During the 1920s, art deco design was very popular in Europe, and in the later years, during the mid 1930s, art deco design became famous in America and to other international countries. However, art deco design experienced lapses of its popularity after the mid 1930s, but during the 1960s, art deco design was again famous and is widely used by a lot of people around the world. The term art deco was created by the French Société des artistes décorateurs, a group of artists who did an exhibit during the 1900s at the Universal Exposition with elegant and contemporary home furnishing designs.
